Religious Art
Religious art starts with Buddhism.
The exhibit will include representations of Buddha's birth from the Asuka period,
famous Buddha statues from the Heian and Kamakura periods,
Buddhist paintings such as the Mandala of the Two Realms and the "Raigo,"
Sutra manuscripts, altar fittings, and more.
